Here’s what you’ll do:1. Managing Opportunities

  • Collaborate with operation manager to refine lead lists and optimize prospecting efforts.
  • Coordinate with developers and support specialists to ensure smooth operations.
  • Share insights, challenges, and ideas for improving processes with the team lead.

2. Optimizing Outreach

  • Prepare and test LinkedIn and email outreach strategies, including A/B testing messages.
  • Craft tailored messaging sequences and create hypotheses to improve conversion rates.
  • Work with developers to ensure templates and tools support your outreach efforts seamlessly.

3. Leveraging Data for Success

  • Analyze data findings to enhance prospecting strategies and refine messaging.
  • Use insights to build effective outreach plans and manage client interactions.
  • Maintain a consistent testing and iteration schedule to maximize campaign performance.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated and highly organized
  • Strong analytical and creative thinking
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Solid marketing knowledge
  • Basic understanding of technology in today’s economy
  • Fluent English proficiency
  • Familiarity with sales psychology
  • Ability to analyze A/B testing data
