• Utilize analytical tools including Power BI to provide data driven insights and prepare management reports and presentations that contain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of moderate to advanced complexity
• Conduct regular and ad hoc analyses of business performance to assist in business development and decision making
• Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes. A significant focus is placed on continuous innovation – utilizing analytical tools to provide data driven insights
• Develop a thorough understanding of MNP’s services, businesses and industry
• Develop and document processes, while incorporating business intelligence best practices
• Maintain a solid understanding of business intelligence systems used to support analysis and reporting on a monthly, quarterly and ad hoc basis
• Participate in and contribute to MNP’s budgeting process
• Contribute to the high performance and collaborative culture of the team, and demonstrate leadership potential

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration or related disciplines
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
• Experience gathering requirements, developing reports, and preparing business and financial analysis
• Experience working with Power BI, Power Platform, and preparing data models
• Intermediate to advanced system application skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and be self organized
• Proactive, flexible, dependable and solution oriented
• Professional services industry experience and completion of, or working towards a CPA designation are considered assets
