Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the aftermarket equipment, parts, and services field, preferably within the mining or construction industries.Strong mechanical and technical background, essential for troubleshooting and conducting root cause analysis with customers.Solid understanding of basic and intermediate financial statements and calculations.Proven ability to work in complex, interdisciplinary, cross-functional, and global teams.Experience working across different cultures with respect and adaptability.Background in construction or mining environments is considered an asset.Familiarity with commercial documentation and contract interpretation is an advantage.Knowledge of Epiroc’s Parts and Services Division product line and/or competitor equipment is a plus.Strong and proven sales track record, with experience in sales strategy development.Demonstrated ability to build trust and develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to challenge the status quo and drive process optimization.A data-driven approach to decision-making and planning.Experience presenting to and influencing stakeholders, with excellent public speaking and communication skills.Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality or deadlines.Highly motivated, hands-on, enthusiastic, and committed to achieving results with integrity and without compromising safety or business sustainability.Ability to work independently or as part of an integrated team, as needed.Language SkillsNative-level fluency in English, both written and spoken.Proficiency in French is considered an asset.Mindset & Personal AttributesA safety-first mindset and a strong sense of collaboration.Respect for all people and cultures.Proactive and organized, with a strong planning mentality.Capable of inspiring and engaging teams to drive results and continuous improvement.MobilityWillingness and availability to travel up to 30% of the time to customer sites and Epiroc locations across Canada.Join us, and be part of a diverse, electrifying, innovative and highly collaborative team!
