Job Description:We are offering an exciting opportunity in the IT Consulting industry, based in Toronto, Ontario, for a Business Systems Analyst. The role involves analyzing business systems, driving results, and ensuring flexibility and variety in work. This role does not require any specific employment type.Responsibilities:

• Analyzing technical business systems with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
• Applying experience in treasury or capital markets to work tasks.
• Ensuring results are driven and flexibility is maintained.
• Encouraging a variety in work and contribution to the work environment.
• Utilizing good communication skills in all interactions.
• Employing skills in Atlassian Jira, Business Systems, Confluence, CRM, Gap Analysis, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Backlog Grooming, Business Process Functions, Business Requirement Document, Business Analysis, and Microsoft SQL.
• Processing customer applications with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and resolving inquiries.
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role within the IT Consulting industry.

• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira and Confluence.

• Strong understanding of business systems and CRM.

• Experience in conducting Gap Analysis and AB Testing.

• Knowledgeable in Agile Scrum methodologies and Backlog Grooming.

• Understanding of Business Process Functions and ability to create Business Requirement Documents.

• Proven experience in Business Analysis.

• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Expected salary

$100000 – 125000 per year
