Overview: We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Services Architect and Technical Team Lead to design, test, and implement solutions, ensuring alignment with project objectives and technical requirements.Key Responsibilities:
Design Collaboration: Partner with the Services Architect and Technical Team Lead to develop and refine overall system designs. Participate in design and code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
Testing and Validation: Work with the team to test changes and additions related to system design. Build and execute detailed test plans and test cases, including toll-free call testing and failover testing. Record and analyze test results to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system design and implementation, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines and deliverables.
Build Distribution Support: Assist in the distribution of builds across all project delivery environments, ensuring smooth transitions and integration.
Systems and Networking Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of systems processes, internetworking, and SQL database management, particularly with Redhat 8.6 server infrastructure.
Infrastructure Expertise: Possess knowledge of cloud-based Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and NFVi/bare metal infrastructure, contributing to effective system deployment and management.
Platform Understanding: Apply understanding of the TNS Communication Application (CAS) platform to inform system design and troubleshooting efforts.
Voice Network Knowledge: Utilize knowledge of voice networks and the positioning of Toll-Free solutions within the network to enhance system design and functionality.
Documentation and Reporting: Use Microsoft Office Suite to create and manage testing reports, Method of Procedure (MOPs), test cases, and specification documents.
RequirementsQualifications:
Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role, with a strong background in system design and testing.
In-depth knowledge of SQL databases and server infrastructure, specifically Redhat 8.6.
Experience with cloud-based IaaS and NFVi/bare metal infrastructure.
Ability to build and execute detailed test plans and test cases, with a focus on toll-free call and failover testing.
Understanding of the TNS Communication Application (CAS) platform and voice networks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting purposes.
Benefits
Work hours are Monday – Friday, normal 37.5 hours weeks working onsite up to 5 days a week
