As a BSA on in the Public Tools, Microsites, and Appointment Booking product group within the Shopping product family. You will have the opportunity to discover how our solutions help our customers manage their financial futures. You will be responsible for reviewing system documentation to organize information, fill in the gaps, and improve the overall onboarding experience for future colleagues.Essential Tasks – In this job, you will:

  • Work with business partners to define, develop and document detailed business requirements and organize solution documentation
  • Collaborate with software engineers, product owners, and quality engineers to deliver an end-to-end capability from concept to production-deployment.
  • Provide recommendations with full usability analysis.
  • Conduct program/ system research, analysis, detailed design and problem resolution
  • Continuously enhance knowledge/expertise and keep current with leading-edge technologies trends/developments and develop expertise in TD services, applications, infrastructure,

  • The ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment and ask for support when needed
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities
  • The ability to manage time and estimate effort required to complete tasks
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills to interact with internal stakeholders, ask questions, and provide solutions

Digital/Technical Skills & Tools – You are:

  • Intermediate skill level with Excel, Visio, or similar visualization and analytical tools
  • Intermediate skill level with PowerPoint

  • Basic to Intermediate
  • Intermediate – e.g., I can do this in most situations, with occasional guidance

Education/Knowledge – You:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computing, or a similar field or a technical certificate
  • Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence

Experience (Professional, Academic, Personal) – You:

  • Nice to have (but not required):
  • Experience with technology project delivery and agile delivery methodology
  • Hands-on programming experience
