Day-to-day operations require the ability to travel and provide training 1:1 to multiple attendees to classroom and/or conference call training on CDS Canada expectations, operational processes and most importantly sales training to facilitate engaging members and driving sales. Responsibilities:
Presenting and facilitating 1:1 training to “in warehouse” leadership and small groups events based on the needs of the business both in person and virtually.
Presenting and training at local/regional events, at smaller onsite/backroom sessions (up to 5 or 10) and assist district and territory managers in conducting training at retail locations or coaching part-time assisted sales associates.
Conduct needs assessments to determine the learning styles of target audiences and customize/deliver training based on the assessment outcomes.
Work in collaboration with leadership to design, develop and implement training processes to best facilitate CDS Canada’s training goals and objectives.
Travel and driving up to 80% are essential duties and function of this job.
Qualifications:
Bilingual, French & English
Keen interest in training and developing the skill set and performance of in warehouse staff
3-5 Years’ hands on experience in training in field
Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills
Ability to make Oral Presentations
Provide sales skills expertise to associates at various levels
Monitor progress and be able to analyze effectiveness of training
Proactive, strategic analysis of what is needed and proposing options and solutions
Flexible & adaptable, able to alter according to changes in projects or business environment
