About the role
As a Claims Manager, Support, legal Claims , working here means being valued for who you are and growing, both professionally and personally. Alongside Canada’s largest in-house P&C insurance litigation team, you’ll get the tools, support, flexibility, and opportunities to succeed and be your best self.
In this role, you will be a key member of the Legal Claims Support West management team, responsible for leading and managing a team of Unit Managers. This involves providing strategic direction, mentoring, and support to ensure that each unit operates efficiently and effectively. You will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Salary of the successful candidate will typically be positioned between the following range, taking into consideration a number of factors including prior experience, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, location and internal equity:
$95,400.00 – $143,200.00
