Our commitment to our residents and our communities allows us to fulfill our mission statement: “Where community lives”What you will doYou will primarily be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the halls, common areas and cleaning vacant suites. Other duties may include, snow removal, grounds maintenance, garbage pickup, moving and cleaning behind appliances, washing and waxing floors, spot cleaning walls, and general custodial duties.This is a 6 month contract.You will be reporting to the Site Manager.What you will have

• Related cleaning experience in residential or commercial property management
• Ability to lift weight up to 50lbs
• A good attitude and ability to communicate with residents and team members
• Ability to work with minimal supervision if required
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Flexibility to work afternoons, evenings and on weekends as required by the site
• A clear background check
• The successful completion of pre-employment fitness testing
