Other duties may include, snow removal, grounds maintenance, garbage pickup, moving and cleaning behind appliances, washing and waxing floors, spot cleaning walls, and general custodial duties.This is a 6 month contract.You will be reporting to the Site Manager.What you will have

• Related cleaning experience in residential or commercial property management
• Ability to lift weight up to 50lbs
• A good attitude and ability to communicate with residents and team members
• Ability to work with minimal supervision if required
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Flexibility to work afternoons, evenings and on weekends as required by the site
• A clear background check
• The successful completion of pre-employment fitness testing
