This is a 14-month contract position with the possibility of extension or permanency. The Clinical Educator is responsible for planning, leading, implementing and evaluating comprehensive orientation and clinical education programs at the program and corporate levels for registered nurses/registered practical nurses.With over 40 years of experience delivering innovative home health care and specialized services, Spectrum Health Care is blazing a trail of positive health system change. Join Spectrum and embrace the future of health care.Job DescriptionReporting to the Director of Clinical Practice, you will work in collaboration with the leadership team, nursing managers, nurses and other stakeholders to promote clinical excellence in the delivery of high quality, safe, patient-centered care. As clinical educator you will review and revise policies and procedures related to professional practice and clinical care, and provide education and evaluation of the learning program. You will actively participate in quality improvement activities, including shaping and monitoring quality indicators which will guide the development of tools to support teaching and learning for staff and patients.
