What you will do:
The Clinical Sales Territory Manager will focus on the development of customer relationships to create greater loyalty and accelerate growth. Primary responsibility will be calling on Hospital staff and decision makers. You will work to achieve assigned quota by taking a consultative approach to sales, marketing, clinical, and related demonstration of all Hospital and products and programs. These products/programs include: LIFEPAK monitor/defibrillators and automated external defibrillators (AEDs), LUCAS Chest Compression Systems, the LIFENET System, HeartSine AEDs, ProCare Services, and Flex Financial Services. Additionally, you will have the responsibility of supporting Clinical Sales activities in the Eastern Canada market for 25% of your time at Hospital and EMS services. These activities include supporting the sales team in key strategic opportunities identified by the Regional Sales Manager, supporting pre-sale activities, presentations, clinical protocol consultation, and key implementations and post sales education.
Develops and implements business plans to identify and close business. Expected to utilize and leverage Hospital tools.
Prepares forecasts for yearly, quarterly and monthly business.
Participates in sales workshops, sales meetings, and/or promotional activities as requested by Hospital Manager and/or Marketing Leadership and Medical Division.
Provides current customers with excellent post-sale follow-up (communication and management of delivery dates, in-service training, and coordinates product repairs).
Accountable for maintaining customer records in accordance with Stryker specifications; including quarterly market share updates when requested.
Support for implementation and pre- and post-sale clinical oversight as the East Clinical Sales Specialist
Actively participates in national, regional, and local Hospital trade shows.
What you need
Required:
University Degree
3+ years of experience in Medical Device Sales or Clinical Sales Support role
Preferred:
Clinical experience in Paramedicine or Nursing
Business proficiency in French
Additional Information:
Must be able to travel (ground and air) to support territory responsibilities as well as company-related duties and obligations
Internal applicants with an equivalent combination of education, experience and performance over time at Stryker will be considered
Must have a valid driver’s license
