We are looking for a skilled and reliable CNC Setup Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce high-precision components. You will play a key role in ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency in our production process. If you have experience with CNC machines and are looking to advance your career, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate CNC machines, including mills and lathes, according to production requirements and specifications.
Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine machine setup, tooling, and processing steps.
Select and install appropriate tooling, fixtures, and materials based on job specifications.
Monitor machine performance, making adjustments to maintain precise tolerances and quality standards.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) and verify conformance to specifications.
Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
Collaborate with other team members, engineers, and quality control staff to ensure smooth operations.
Document machine settings, adjustments, and production data accurately.
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:Proven experience as a CNC Setup Machine Operator, with knowledge of CNC machining processes.
Strong understanding of blueprints, technical drawings, and machining terminology.
Ability to set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and other related equipment.
Experience with CNC programming and using G-code is a plus.
Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments to check workpieces.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong commitment to safety and maintaining high-quality standards.
