We’re looking for a Conformal Coating Operator to join a leading electronics manufacturer in Concord, ON. If you’re a detail-oriented and reliable production operator, this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a company that specializes in high-reliability electronic assemblies.Pay: $23/hr
Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

Technical Operations: Apply conformal coatings to circuit boards, which includes preparing surfaces through cleaning and masking, accurately mixing formulas, and performing detailed manual touch-ups.Quality Control: Ensure all work meets rigorous standards by strictly following customer specifications and conducting thorough quality inspections.Maintenance & Workflow: Maintain and inspect all coating equipment, booths, and filters. You will also coordinate the efficient flow of finished goods and complete necessary data entry.Process Improvement: Contribute to a high-performance environment by tracking and reporting on process improvements.Qualifications
Prior experience in conformal coating or electronic assembly.A foundational understanding of mechanical circuits.The ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and work instructions.Strong hand-eye coordination and a keen attention to detail.Summary
