Through use of innovative problem solving and analytical thinking, you will collaborate with team members to propose unique solutions for a wide range of clients across industries, including Commercial, Higher Education and Healthcare. As part of a growing Digital practice, Analysts can expect to work closely with leadership on a diverse set of tasks and initiatives. To learn more about Digital, please use thisSome of your responsibilities may include:Assisting in implementing technology solutions, including performing technology assessments, business process mapping, data conversions, user testing, and client supportLiaising with internal and external team members during course of project engagement, including presenting key takeaways, communicating project updates, and organizing overall project logisticsConducting and participating in key stakeholder interviews with clients to gather qualitative data and information as well as gain an understanding of institutional cultureConnecting with internal team members throughout the project engagement, including presenting key takeaways, communicating project updates, and organizing overall project logisticsTravel & RequirementsInterest in applying technology systems to business processesStrong problem-solving skills and analytical skillsStrong written and verbal communicationAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentAdvanced or highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office products (e.g. Microsoft Visio and Outlook)Strong performance in a bachelor’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience (business or technology related field preferred) obtained by May/June 2025A consulting role with Huron requires travel to client sites. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $81,000 – $84,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
