Reporting to the National Contractor Relations Manager, the Contractor Relations Field Coordinator will be an in-market contact for all Installation Contractors within their region. The successful candidate will be working closely with the Installation Technicians and Supervisors to ensure consistent messaging is being delivered to contractors with the end result being to provide a superior customer experience. The ideal candidate is a professional, customer orientated individual encompassing strong problem-solving skills, technical aptitude and enjoys working in a fast-paced customer facing work environment.Responsibilities:Working in tandem with Eastlink Quality Control & Training as well as the Contractor Supervisors and Installation Technicians, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving: Performance, Compliance, Skill Development, Quota Planning, Inventory Control, and Communication in accordance with Eastlink standards. The Contractor Relations Field Coordinator will be responsible for promoting a dynamic work environment; providing Installation Contractors with the required resources to adapt to changes necessary for sustained growth of the company.Requirements:

  • Graduate of a relevant degree or diploma program or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Knowledge of telecommunications industry would be an asset
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • 2-5 years experience in a contractor relations environment
  • Strong technical and analytical background
  • Satisfactory criminal background check
  • Computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

  • 50% of time will be spent travelling and facilitating in-field projects
  • Must be able to travel inter-provincially
  • Must be comfortable with travelling in all weather conditions
  • Ability to perform routine field inspections and related activities
