8901 – Corp Office West Crk – 12800 Tuckahoe Creek Parkway, Richmond, Virginia, 23238CarMax, the way your career should be!What you will do – Essential ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer service to registered CarMax Auction customers, and Store Associates (Business Office & Buyers Office) by logging in to the Auction phone lines and assisting to resolve issues. The Coordinator will follow up with emails or phones calls, as needed and partner with a Manager on more complex issues. The Coordinator will:

• Assist Auction customers by troubleshooting and navigating the CarMax Auctions website and other services.
• Assist Auction customers with inquiries and communicate issues with payment related items such as ACH, credit limits, and failure to pay.
• Call customers to promote new Auction locations and/or services and maintain registration status with CarMax Auctions.
• Fax/Mail/Email packets, run lists, and performance reports to Auction customers.
• Review phone calls to discover opportunities for better customer service.
• Promote process improvement and participate in new business initiatives to support business needs.
