Your opportunity:
Reporting to Manager, Residence Life, the Coordinator, Residence Education Programs (CREP) is a live-in position that works to createa positive living and learning environment for New College residence students.
The incumbent is responsible for developing learning outcomes, residence programs and supports for residents; assisting with the selection, training and supervision of Residence Dons and other student-staff; advising student leaders; supporting students and facilitating referrals. Additionally, they will collaborate with the Manager, Residence Life in creating the overall vision, strategy, and implementation of a residence curriculum.
Hours of Work: Regular office hours Monday to Friday. Regular evening and weekend work to coordinate operations and support students living in a 24/7 residence environment. Participate in on-call rotation for emergencies.
