We’re looking for a Social Creative to join Cossette’s social team. We need someone who turns group chats into brainstorming sessions, someone who scrolls endlessly but only to discover what’s next, and someone who loves making brands feel human online.You should have experience in ideating and bringing your thoughts to life with words and/or visuals. We need someone with passion for all things social–a real go-getter, people-orientated, and other buzzwords to describe a team player who wants to make waves on a fun and impactful account.responsibilities.

• Concept and Create: Collaborate with the social team to ideate and execute always-on, social-first content that is bold, relevant, and platform-specific
• Lead by Example: Inspire the team, by sharing insights, best practices, and technical expertise in copy or visual design.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with creative and strategy teams to brainstorm and develop innovative campaigns that bring brands to life in social spaces.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep a pulse on cultural and social movements, anticipate and act on emerging social trends, memes to keep our content fresh and relevant.

what you bring to the table.

• 2-4 years experience creating compelling content for social platforms—whether it’s snappy captions, clever concepts, or scroll-stopping visuals.
• A portfolio that shows off your unique voice, creativity, and understanding of social-first storytelling.
• A passion for internet culture—you know what’s trending, what’s over, and how brands can show up authentically in the mix.
• Strong understanding of social platforms—you get what works and why.
• A sharp sense of humour and a knack for distilling big ideas into bite-sized content.
• You thrive in collaborative settings, love bouncing ideas off others, and are eager to learn from senior creatives.
• Basic knowledge of production tools (e.g., mobile video editing apps, DSLR shooting) is a bonus but not required.
