About the Role
Brookfield Renewable North America (BRNA) legal team is seeking a Corporate/Commercial law Clerk to join our growing team at the Gatineau office. The Law Clerk will support lawyers on complex transactions, including project finance and M&A, maintain legal entities across Canada and the United States, and assist other Brookfield Renewable teams in legal matters. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growth-oriented organization and work in the renewable energy sector.
