TYLin is seeking a Corporate Governance Counsel to join our fast-growing legal, Compliance & Risk (LCR) team. In this role, you’ll support the legal and compliance needs of a dynamic global engineering and consulting firm, with a primary focus on legal entity management, corporate governance, equity-related matters, and general corporate support. This position also offers opportunities to contribute to M&A and other strategic legal initiatives.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across Legal, Finance, Tax, HR, and Strategy, helping to ensure our corporate governance practices are effective, efficient, and compliant. You should bring strong attention to detail, organizational discipline, and the ability to manage complex projects across jurisdictions. You enjoy improving processes, finding smarter ways of working, and guiding others through change.
