What is the Opportunity?
We are seeking a proactive legal Counsel to support utility construction projects across complex delivery models. This role partners with project and business teams to manage legal and commercial risk, negotiate construction, design, joint venture, and subcontract agreements, and provide practical legal guidance from bid through project closeout. The ideal candidate is a clear communicator who can manage external counsel, support claims and disputes, and deliver solutions‑focused contract advice that keeps projects moving.

The expected salary for this position is $130,000 – 150,000. Individual pay is determined based on several factors such as work location, education, experience and unique skills.
