A brief course outline is optional.POLI 410-001 Canadian Political Parties (3 Credits – CAP 80)
This course examines Canadian political parties and party systems, stressing patterns of historical development, party organization and finance, relationships with social movement, and the impact of Canadian federalism.Teaching Qualification Requirements:A completed PhD degree or enrolled in a doctoral program in Political Science or a discipline related to the course;Provide evidence of effective teaching ability as a result of having successfully taught a similar course;The candidate’s area of specialization must be as close as possible to that of the course being offered;Experience as a teaching assistant for a course is an asset.Wednesdays and Fridays 04:05 pm-05:25 pm, January 6, 2025 – April 11, 2025.
