A brief course outline is optional.POLI 561-001 Seminar: Political Theory (3 Credits – CAP 25)Topic: Feminist Theory
A topic in political philosophy such as democracy, liberty, property or nationalism, or a political philosopher, is studied to enable students to research a topic in depth, to present their papers to the seminar, and to engage in and profit from discussion and debate.Teaching Qualification Requirements:A completed PhD degree in Political Science or a discipline related to the course;Provide evidence of effective teaching ability as a result of having successfully taught a similar course for high level undergraduates and/or graduate students;Experience in teaching and/or research in Feminist Political Theory;Experience as a teaching assistant for a course in Feminist Political Theory is an asset.Mondays 08:35 am-11:25 am, January 6, 2025 – April 11, 2025.
