Either Wednesday Afternoon to Thursday Morning ORThursday Afternoon to Friday Morning. All afternoon slots are 1 to 4 pm while morning slots are 8:30 am to 11:30. TAsmust be at the lab 10 min at the latest before the lab starts. There will be weekly lab meetings to go over each week’s scheduled experiments.Minimum Qualifications1. Familiarity with modern concepts in genomics, molecular and cellular biology and biochemistry; GRADUATE STUDENTS ARE PREFERRED as this is a 4th year course meant to showcase graduate-level research. Graduate applicants who have strong molecular and/or cellular biology experience are STRONGLY encouraged to apply. For example, in this lab, we do bioinforamtics, gene cloning, cell manipulation and transfections, and fluorescence microscopy.2.
