3. Additional info or requirements :The 4th year honours are two-term research projects completed under the supervision of a designated professor. Students take this course during their last full year of studies, during which they conduct a research project, present their results during a poster session, and submit a written thesis. The TA will work with the Course Coordinator at various steps along the year to collect the documents (submitted on the course Brightspace) and evaluations (submitted from Google forms). The main tasks will be to:
1. Fall term:
a. Create the student list from registration forms
b. Participate to the information session for the registered students
c. Verify the project outline
d. Participate to the information session for the 3rd year student (Research Café)2. Winter term:
a. Verify the progress report
b. Organization of Poster Day
i. Create the abstract booklet
ii. Assign the poster evaluators
iii. Collect poster evaluations
c. Verify the thesis submission
d.
