This also includes bringing/returning the examination material, set-up the exam room, announcing the exam instructions & procedures, invigilating the exams, etc. See Art. 4.3.4. of the Collective Agreement CUPE 2626, applying and enforcing the Common Law Section exam regulations.Minimum Qualifications:All ” ” apply even to proctoring final exams. A copy of the certificates is needed as a proof before assigning you, the hours of proctoring.Must be registered in a program of study at the University of Ottawa. Proctoring experience. Must have the ability to work under pressure and communicate clearly and precisely in both official languages.
