Ideal contender specializes in helping customers, very empathetic, self-motivated and customer obsessed looking to grow in a winning environment, we are offering Full-Time opportunity to serve customers in North America.After successful training you will be retaining the title of Customer Care Consultant who will be well versed on prescribed sector, regulatory principles and offering superior service to Municipal Citizens. .What we offer:

  • Minimum of five (5) shifts per week (Monday through to Friday) Saturdays 9-3pm.
  • Offering guaranteed base of $17.35 per hour
  • Operating Hours :8-8pm (conventional shift from 8-4, 9-5, 10-6, 11-7, 12-8)
  • Alternative weekends (9-3pm)
  • Ability to make an extra $0.50 after each year up to 5 years until $2.50 is reached on top of your base.
  • $300 annual small benefit health plan after 90 days of employment

Qualifications:

  • High School or College Diploma
  • Will to learn, grow and succeed; curious about new technology
  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and orally
  • 35 WPM typing speed, ability to multitask and actively listen
  • Display of patience, compassion and care towards customers
  • Ability to deescalate customers when they are irate
  • Team player and individual contributor to overall team success
  • Time management, punctuality and organizational skills a bonus
  • Coachable, ability take feedback and implement with integrity

Location & Operating HoursConveniently located in the Whitby, spacious, bright open concept. The DRT is a 2 minute walk, located just outside our office building.Monday to Friday between 8 am – 8pm & Saturdays 9-3pmDescription:Can you offer superior customer service in a fast-paced work environment?
