If you’re dynamic, bilingual, and ready to make a difference, this role is for you!Randstad is hiring Bilingual Customer Service and Technical Support Specialists to work remotely and support both end-users and businesses for a Montreal-based organization.Salary: $19 per hour + Quarterly incentive program (earn up to 10% of your gross earnings)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. (Full-time, 40 hours per week) + some Saturdays (26 hours per trimester, divided into 3-hour shifts)
Location: Remote
Training: 3-5 weeks, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Provide remote troubleshooting and technical support for plumbing products
Handle incoming calls and emails, manage customer parts requests
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues efficiently
Address inquiries about order status and deliveries
Solve problems with targeted questioning
Maintain quality assurance standards and service levelsQualifications
Bilingual in English and French (both written and spoken)
Knowledge of Spanish is a strong asset
Comfortable using multiple computer platforms
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center
Ability to work under pressure with enthusiasm and initiativeSummary
