Job Description :CUSTOMER SERVICE ATTENDANTSalt Spring Island- Long Harbour TerminalCasualAs a casual on-call Customer Service Attendant, you prepare and serve a variety of foods and beverages including assisting in the preparation and presentation of menu items; taking passenger orders; ensuring cleanliness and readiness of passenger and kitchen areas; performing housekeeping and major cleaning routines throughout the vessel; and other related duties as required.You possess strong customer service skills, with the ability to work in a high volume customer focused environment in a physically demanding job, and are an excellent communicator with a high level of self-motivation and initiative. In addition, you are an innovative team player who works well under pressure with the ability to be flexible and adapt to a change in task when necessary.Interested? is a video explaining more about this role.You have one (1) year of customer service experience, preferably in a food service environment.
