• Salary range for the Customer Service Representative is $50k – $60k / year

At Cascades you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Containerboard Packaging Division of our team as the Customer Service Representative:

• Take customer orders either directly from customers or sales representatives.
• Handle customer complaints and/or questions and follow up with appropriate internal personnel (Lab, Production, Purchasing, Accounting) as required.
• Maintain customer files ensuring contact and order information is kept up to date.
• Follow up on customer orders and coordinate with shipping and production to ensure orders are delivered on time.
• Serve as the initial point of contact when new customers call to request information and forward the customer to the Area Sales Representative where required.

• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• 3-5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work autonomously and with little direction
• Must be a team player committed to maintaining desired service levels
