Ideally we are looking for someone who is a fast learner, able to handle around 30 -40 incoming calls per day and has experience within a customer service/call center environmentAdvantages

– Monday to Friday 7am-3:30pm. Might need coverage for stat holidays and might need to stay until 5pm if needed (Fully on site, no Hybrid or Remote)
– Working in an office located on the border of Oakville and Mississauga
– Easy access to the highway!
– Training provided by the company
– $24 an hourResponsibilities
– Comfortable with handling phone calls in a professional, courteous manner
– Manage emails efficiently
– Following up on requested information
– Completing administrative duties following customer interactions
– Scanning and uploading documents into the system
– Working with the team to better understand relevant information for customers
– Coordinating information between different departments
– Creating efficiencies in the role where possibleQualifications
– A minimum of 2 years in a Customer Service experience (preferably in a call center environment)
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Good overall communication skills through email and over the phone
– Ability to learn new processes
– Upbeat and positive attitude
– Comfortable with warehouse environment as few duties require them to be on the dock to check freight (no heavy lifting required).Summary
