Description
TEKsystems client is looking for an eager Customer Service Representative to join their growing team, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role is best suited for someone with 1+ year of call-center experience in the Vancouver area.
Responsibilities
Manage a high level of customer service, while taking a high volume of incoming customer calls.
Respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate information on product availability, pricing, service and process.
Resolve issues related to deliveries and billings
Maintenance of relevant attributes of material master and customer master
Run queries and reports to support KPI and operation reports
Additional Skills & Qualifications
1+ year(s) of experience working in a call-center taking over 30+ calls per day.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Sense of urgency, ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and follow-up skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 – $28.00/hr.

This is a hybrid position in Vancouver,BC.
