As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in coordinating operations, maintaining exceptional customer service, and managing inventory to ensure optimal efficiency.Salary: $25/hour
Monday-Friday schedule
Initial 3-month contract with possibility of extension/permanence
On-site position in Pointe-Claire (training in Ville Saint-Laurent), vehicle recommendedAdvantages

– Ensure compliance with internal, client, and partner safety and processing procedures.
– Prepare and process shipping and receiving documentation.
– Coordinate order preparation with warehouse staff.
– Maintain smooth communication between clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
– Manage the arrivals schedule and liaise with carriers as needed.
– Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure accuracy.
– Produce accurate and timely reports for the client team using dedicated information systems.
– Reconcile daily transactions and manage data entry for daily/monthly reports.
– Handle internal and external audits.
– Order necessary supplies and perform other general administrative tasks.Qualifications
– Bilingual French-English (spoken and written). Intermediate French may be acceptable.
– Previous customer service and operations experience an asset.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Knowledge of warehousing operations and 3PL environments an asset.
– Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), notably SAP or Blue Yonder.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Summary
