The types of customer inquiries will include, but will not be limited to requests for customer care, billing inquiries, account modifications, product/service information, and sales. The Customer Service Representative will use dynamic communication strategies to educate the customer on all aspects of the product/service offered optimizing sales opportunities and ultimately ensuring customer satisfaction.TechnicalA Technical Service Representative assists existing FLOW subscribers by helping them troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with their products and services within a contact center environment. We provide paid training and consistent coaching once you’ve reached production to make you successful. We are always looking for tomorrow’s leaders and will give you the tools and support you need to get there.Outbound SalesIn this role, Outbound Sales Representatives are responsible for selling and promoting products and services offered by our client based on established targets. The Outbound Sales representative will sell products and services using solid sales tactics to existing customers. Using dynamic communication strategies, you will educate the customer on all aspects of the product/service offering optimized growth opportunities and ultimately ensuring customer satisfaction.Work At HomeEach Representative assists existing subscribers by helping them troubleshoot and resolve related issues with their products and services within a Work At Home environment. We provide paid training and consistent coaching once you’ve reached production to make you successful. QUALIFICATIONS

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Requires 5 subjects of CSEC exam certification, diploma or equivalent.
• 24-hour availability with the ability to work full-time hours.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Prior customer service or call center experience is preferred.

COMPENSATION

• $309.00 per hour (Training and probationary period)
• $400.00 per hour (Post probationary period)
