Story Behind the Need:
- Credit Risk Data & Analytics – Responsible for GRM business banking, data consolidation, data governance and risk reporting.
- The main function of the Data Analyst is to provide business intelligence support and supporting areas by means of both repeatable and ad hoc reporting delivery reports (charts, graphs, tables, etc) that enable informed business decisions. The candidate will be working on multiple projects during the assignment.

Typical Day in Role:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Business Intelligence solutions.
- Design, implement, automate and maintain large scale enterprise data ETL processes
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, requirements specifications, and user guides.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize key business metrics.
- Perform data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users.
- Lead efforts to troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies between expected results and actual results
Candidate Requirements/Must-Have skills:
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar role.
- 10+ years of experience in business analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL).
- 10+ experience with Power BI or any business intelligence tool including creating and managing dashboards.
Nice-To-Have Skills:
- Experience working on Artificial intelligence (AI) solutions (GENERATIVE AI) is a plus.

- You are a creative, self-starting, results-oriented, and highly motivated individual with very good analytical skills that you apply to the resolution of complex problems.
- You possess very good interpersonal and communication skills that you use to effectively work with stakeholders and members of the project team.
- You are a voracious learner who likes to take on new challenges, while simultaneously taking pride in continuous improvement of existing software products, with the goal of providing an outstanding service for our customers.
- You have a knack for deriving insights out of data and applying them to address business opportunities.

Best vs. Average Candidate:
- The best candidate is someone with the combination of knowing SQL, Power BI and has a background in the financial sector. The best candidate is someone with hands-on experience with BI Data Modelling (No only concepts) and someone who meets the soft skills.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Candidate Review & Selection
- 1st round MS Teams video Panel interview – HM (45 minutes):
o Introductions – Technical round to determine skills and match with the team and role.
- 2nd round MS Teams video interview – Hiring manager, Senior manager and Director (30 Mins):
o Discuss candidate’s skills/experience and gauge the depth of their knowledge, behavioural questions.
o Technical questions
