Role: Data Engineer (GenAi/LLM)Location: Remote-CanadaDuration: 6-12+ MonthsJob Description:The Client Data Office brings the power of data and analytics to life, leveraging our marketleading health & wellbeing products and the health delivery services to help create healthiercommunities around the globe.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize quick win opportunities fordata-driven insights and improvements.Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data fromvarious sources into our data infrastructure.Implement and optimize genAI LLM models to enhance data analysis and predictivecapabilities.Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data validation and cleansing processes.Develop and maintain data pipelines to support real-time and batch data processing.Collaborate with Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers to deploy andoperationalize AI models.Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and resolve any issues or bottlenecks.Develop solutions to automate processes using power of AI & data.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in data engineering, AI, andmachine learning technologiesQualifications:What you bringUniversity degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.Experience as a Data Engineer or similar role, working on data transformation andAI-related projects.Strong programming skills in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.Strong business acumenFamiliarity with genAI LLM models and their implementation.Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functionalteams.You are comfortable with high level of ambiguity and possess a continuous improvementmindsetYou enjoy quantitative analysis and have a reputation for being a problem-solver andcreative thinkerYou have the ability to maintain high workloads, including the management of competingpriorities and multiple projects at onceYou have experience in successfully launching new productsAny experience in UI/Web page/Bot development to have.If you are passionate about leveraging data and AI to drive business outcomes and have therequired skills and experience, we would love to hear from you.
