Hours of Work: Monday – Friday (subject to change); some weekend work may be required.

Reporting Relationship: Deputy CNE & VP, Quality Patient Safety & RiskThe Data Entry Assistant (Student) will:

  • Assist with data entry tasks to support the ongoing VIP Project.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by reviewing and verifying information.
  • Organize and categorize data for easy retrieval and reference.
  • Prepare reports and summaries based on entered data when needed.
  • Help identify and address any discrepancies in the data collected.
  • Ensure that data is entered in a timely manner to support project timelines.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Perform additional data-related tasks as required for the VIP Project.

Requirements:

  • Must be actively enrolled in post-secondary education.
  • Basic knowledge of data entry techniques and data management tools.
  • Previous experience in administrative or customer service support required.
  • Intermediate/proficient computer skills – Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and as a member of a team.
