Compensation: $30-$40 Hourly
Job Type: Ongoing Part-timeShift Type: Only Staturdays for 8 hours (100% onsite)
Expected Start Date: April 5th, 2025Your Day to Day:Specifically, the Instructor will be responsible for:

• Delivering instruction that meets module and program objectives as set out in the curriculum
• Evaluating student performance fairly and consistently
• Contributing to the development of curriculum and instructional materials
• Supporting the administrative functions of the campus to enhance the student experience
• Acting in a manner that upholds the College standards
• Participating in Program Activities

What You Bring to the Table:To be successful in the Instructor position, individuals must be committed to developing, maintaining and demonstrating the following:

• Degree, diploma, or certificate from a recognized University or College in a relevant discipline.
• Registered Dental Hygienist in Manitoba is needed.
• Adult education credential or teaching experience is preferred; ongoing or in-progress is acceptable.
• Meet specific position qualifications based on program design and approval.
• Demonstrated industry expertise, commitment to professional development, and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication, presentation, and group facilitation skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Professional attitude, high standards of behavior, and a dedication to quality service.
• Ability to collaborate with staff and provide constructive, equitable feedback to students.
• Willingness to adopt and utilize technology for enhanced learning experiences.
