You will have significant responsibilities in the coordination and performance management of the delivery, leadership and direction of a major submarine refit project: planning for and implementing improvement opportunities, organizing and motivating resources to achieve project goals, identifying and mitigating program risks and delivering the contract to a high quality standard to cost and schedule.
