OPPORTUNITY:Title: Development Officer, First Tee – PrairiesReports to: Director, Development First Tee – CanadaLocation: Remote – Based in ManitobaStatus: Contract (June 2025 to August 2026)OVERVIEW:The future is bright for golf in Canada, and you will be playing a role in growing the game at First Tee – Prairies, Golf Canada’s flagship junior program. First Tee – Prairies is one of six chapters representing all 10 provinces in Canada, responsible for fundraising and development in both Saskatchewan and Manitoba.The Development Officer, First Tee – Prairies will report directly to the Director of Development, First Tee – Canada and will be responsible for meeting fundraising targets by using various techniques to generate donations from sources such as the general public, major gift donors, third party events, professional and amateur championships, auctions, and raffles. This opportunity will appeal to an individual who is a high achiever and looking to get into a ground-floor opportunity to create, nurture and grow a significant brand in Canadian golf.PRIMARY DUTIES:Fundraising: 70%
Marketing/Communications: 15%
Administration: 15%
