Then, Apply Now!Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Digital Content Developer who will be responsible for managing all aspects of publishing and QA activities for various digital properties. The ideal candidate will ensure that marketing initiatives and content meet business and client requirements while adhering to defined standards and compliance rules. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content strategy, UX, IT, and QA, to manage content intakes, oversee front-end development, and troubleshoot issues to deliver exceptional digital experiences.Responsibilities:

  • Manage content publishing across all Wealth Management digital/web properties by coordinating with content strategy and UX teams on various CMS applications.
  • Oversee the content approval and governance pipeline, including validation on staging environments, deployment to live production, and post-deployment verification.
  • Collaborate with vendors to diagnose and troubleshoot back-end issues and work with IT and QA departments to ensure successful deployment and testing of new code.
  • Validate and diagnose functionality of APIs and other integration points to meet business and user requirements.
  • Develop and optimize front-end content, build websites and tools, and ensure compliance with coding standards (including WCAG 2.1 AA and SEO best practices).
  • Identify and resolve production or development issues, managing support tickets with vendors as required and proposing alternate in-house solutions.
  • Extract and present web analytics data (Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics) to inform continuous improvement efforts.
  • Maintain a strong focus on operational excellence by researching emerging technologies that enhance the overall digital experience.

Desired Skill-Set:

  • 5 years of experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and PHP.
  • 5 years of experience with MySQL and SQL.
  • 1 year of experience with CMS platforms (Drupal preferred).
  • 2 years of experience with Google Analytics.
  • Demonstrated experience coding to WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present concepts clearly and effectively.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with JQuery, Node, React, and Angular
  • Banking, or Wealth Management experience
  • Self-starter with an adaptive mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
