Reporting to the Director, Digital Performance Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our digital presence and driving successful marketing campaigns. This position is integral to goeasy’s marketing framework and requires an understanding of digital tools and strategies to develop and execute high-quality marketing initiatives that reflect our brand’s vision.What will you be doing?

• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to support and implement effective campaigns aimed at achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Analyze digital data and provide performance insights on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Assist with the management and optimization of SEM and Paid Social channels, including Google, Meta, and Bing.
• Review and analyze our accounts to identify opportunities for enhancing search terms and improving overall campaign structure.
• Contribute to creating simple ad copy and assist in ad implementation to support campaign goals.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to continuous learning and adaptability in the fast-paced digital marketing landscape.
• Uphold best practices in digital campaign execution and data analysis to drive high-quality results.

What experience do you have?

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related role, with proven success in campaign execution and achieving KPIs.
• Experience with SEM and Paid Social platforms, such as Google Ads and Ads Manager.
• Understanding of digital data analysis to generate and interpret daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Ability to create simple ad copy and implement ads effectively.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, evolving marketing environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft tools (Excel*, PowerPoint, Word).
