DescriptionAre you an enthusiastic digital marketer with a passion for testing new tools and technologies? Do you have a knack for creating SEO-rich content to improve organic rankings while engaging and educating your target audience? If so, we want you to join our team!We are seeking a versatile and proactive digital marketer with a unique combination of content writing and website optimization skills to enhance our online presence. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for writing SEO-rich content at scale, and optimizing our website to enhance visitor experience and increase conversion rates in order to grow our organic pipeline. Additionally, you will become our in-house expert in the HubSpot CMS and also have the opportunity to get your hands dirty with our paid ad campaigns.Responsibilities:Content writing
- Test and maximize the usage of new technology (AI software) and tools to create SEO-rich content at scale.
- Fill the content gap based on our targeted user persona and keyword gap analysis.
- Responsible for growing the organic pipeline by writing engaging content that is optimized for key search terms to drive qualified traffic to our website.
- Become a go-to-SEO-expert and educate other team members on implementing basic SEO.
Website optimization
- Focus on website optimization to improve visitor experience and conversion rates for our target audience.
- Become an internal expert in our website theme and the HubSpot CMS.
- Analyze website traffic and user behavior to make data-driven decisions for optimizing our website visitors’ experience.
- Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize website performance, user engagement, and conversion rates.
- Develop and refine workflows to nurture known and unknown audiences.
- Prepare monthly reporting on website performance, analyzing key metrics and providing actionable insights to enhance online strategies.
- Create an interlinking strategy to distribute link equity across web pages.
Other responsibilities
- Support our SR Digital Marketing Manager on the execution of our paid ad campaigns and other digital marketing initiatives and over time taking om more responsibilities on paid ad campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, including social media, paid advertising, and content marketing.
- And any other duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by our Organization’s Values
Qualifications:
- Strong aptitude for learning, testing, and maximizing usage of new technology and tools.
- Excellent writing skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to optimize marketing strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of website development is an asset.
- ~5 years of experience in digital marketing.
- A degree or diploma in marketing or a related field
