The opportunity
The Director of Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) Compliance will be part of a global team to help manage and support all AI matters, including other related disciplines, for the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan including six key functions of the Compliance Operating Model: i) Advisory, ii) Policies and Procedures iii) education and Training, iv) Monitoring and Surveillance, v) Compliance Risk Management, vi) Compliance Reporting to Senior Management and the Board.

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, risk management/regulatory experience and strong relationship management skills, enabling effective collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
