You will oversee strategic and operational project portfolios, business and systems analysis, decision support and business intelligence. In addition, you will oversee cross-functional initiatives, fostering collaboration, and driving effective decision-making.Responsibilities include:
- Developing briefing notes, business cases, and delivering presentations to senior executives and stakeholders on critical operational issues, and initiatives
- Managing CLBC’s consolidated portfolio of projects and initiatives
- Providing senior management advice on project/portfolio prioritization, business value, risk, change implications, and costs
- Applying industry best practices to ensure effective project portfolio management to execution
- Leading process reengineering efforts to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance
- Developing and executing the organization’s BI strategy to align with business goals
- Collaborating with business units to identify BI needs and translate them into actionable solutions
- Providing direction in process improvement efforts to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance
- Leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making and the development of business cases

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Computer Science or a related field
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in an equivalent position responsible for portfolio management, business and system analysis and business intelligence management.
- A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience overseeing managers is required.
- Experience within the public sector is considered an asset.
Hybrid work Combines on-site office work with flexibility to work from home within BC after passing a 6 month probationary period.Travel: Occasional overnight travel is required within BC. Possession of a valid class 5 driver’s license and a clean Driver’s Abstract is required.Benefits: You will receive a comprehensive benefits package:
