He ensures the sound management of material and human resources, and monitors the coherence of the digital environment to guarantee its sustainability. He ensures the proper management of day-to-day operations, consistency between different platforms, projects linked to the technology roadmap, and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.ResponsibilitiesIT Infrastructure and Operations :Infrastructure optimization: Manage, guide and optimize the implementation and evolution of IT infrastructures, to ensure their coherence and integration into the company’s technological architecture.Sustainability of the digital environment: Ensure a systemic view of the digital environment, ensuring the coherence and optimization of the various platforms in order to maintain a robust, scalable and integrated IT ecosystem.Corporate platform management: Supervise the information systems team in charge of strategic applications such as CRM, financial systems and other business-critical tools. Ensure the continuity of these systems while managing their evolution to meet operational needs.Security and compliance: Collaborate with corporate and operational security teams to guarantee data security across all systems and infrastructures, and ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.Cloud computing and Infrastructure-as-a-Code (IaC): Ensure the transition to cloud solutions and Infrastructure-as-a-Code (IaC), optimizing the management and maintenance of information systems.Plan, allocate and manage the technology budget to optimize spending.Analyze costs and seek solutions to reduce expenditure without compromising performance.Management of information systems and corporate platforms :Platform monitoring and optimization: Oversee the day-to-day management of corporate platforms, such as CRM and financial systems, and ensure that they are efficient, integrated and scalable.System coherence and integration: Guarantee the coherence of the digital environment, ensuring that the various software solutions and platforms communicate smoothly and optimally.Change management : Steer technological evolutions and information system upgrades, making sure to minimize impacts on operations and optimize the use of available resources.Strategic alignment: Reporting to senior management, ensure that information systems developments support the company’s strategic objectives, while aligning with the long-term vision of technological needs.Team leadership :Coaching and development: Supervise and support IT and IS teams, fostering their development and ensuring they have the skills needed to manage critical platforms and infrastructures.Coordination and organization: Ensure efficient distribution of tasks within teams and coordination of projects between IT and IS departments.Performance and sustainability: Participate in evaluating the team’s performance, by implementing performance indicators to ensure the efficiency and sustainability of the digital environment and information systems.What we’d like to see in youUniversity degree in computer science or related field.Minimum 8 years’ experience in a similar role, including leading IT and IS teams and projects.Experience in managing corporate platforms such as CRM, ERP and others.Demonstrated experience in IT service management (ITSM, ITIL)Knowledge of Agile methodologies (SCRUM/Kanban) is an asset.Proven experience in optimizing digital environments and managing complex infrastructures.Ability to manage relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.Strong leadership, project management and change management skills.Bilingualism (French and English) (regular interaction with suppliers as well as internal and/or external English-speaking customers)Further informationAt GIRO, you’ll be quickly integrated and called upon to make a real contribution!
