Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the Opportunity?
As the Director of Operational Analytics for Personal and Commercial Operations (PCO), you will play a pivotal role in transforming operational data into actionable insights that drive efficiency, effectiveness and innovation across our banking operations. You will lead a team of analysts and data professionals focused on operational performance, process optimization, and strategic reporting. You will collaborate closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful analytics solutions that shape the future of banking operations.What Will You Do?

  • Lead and mentor a team of operational analytics professionals to deliver high-impact insights and recommendations that improve business processes and operational outcomes.
  • Design, develop, and implement advanced analytics, dashboards, and reporting solutions to monitor and optimize operational performance.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, IT, and data science teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Promote a data-driven culture by championing the use of analytics in daily decision-making and operational strategy.
  • Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in operational analytics, process mining, and business intelligence.
  • Effectively communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations that drive operational excellence.

What You Need to Succeed?Must have

  • 5+ years of experience in operational analytics, business analytics, or related fields
  • Proven leadership skills, experience leading analytics teams and delivering operational insights that drive measurable business impact
  • Experience with big data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud analytics solutions (AWS, Snowflake)
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field
  • Strong proficiency with analytics and data visualization tools, including SQL, Python and Tableau
  • Professional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
