Job Description Summary
Miami Regionals seeks an innovative, visionary, and dynamic Regional Director of Career Services and Work-based Learning. This position will focus on developing new and enhancing current work-based learning opportunities that blend applied learning, technical education, and industry collaboration, with a strong liberal education that focuses on communication, critical thinking, and the ability to work in teams. This position will be actively involved in building business and community partnerships focused on creating and implementing work-based strategies to enhance the skills and capabilities of an organization’s workforce through collaborations with Miami Regionals. They will also oversee the department’s support of students and alumni by providing overall management of career services resources and opportunities to encourage career exploration and decision-making, develop and enhance professional development skills, and secure work-based learning, internships, and post-graduation employment.
