Join a top-tier company in the agricultural and food manufacturing space!Our client, a leader in their field based in Kingsville, ON, is looking for a Director, Treasury & Shared Services to lead treasury operations, financial risk management, insurance, and centralized AR/AP functions. Responsibilities:

• Manage daily cash flow, forecasting, and banking relationships
• Optimize treasury operations and corporate credit card programs
• Lead risk mitigation, insurance programs, and ensure regulatory compliance
• Oversee AR/AP teams, drive automation, and improve working capital performance
• Support financial planning, grower lending, and credit risk analysis
• Provide insight into trade risks, including tariffs and compliance
• 3 Direct Reports

Qualifications:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, CFA, or CTP preferred)
• 3-5 years of direct treasury experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• MUST have Shared Service experience: accounts receivable or payable or in AR/AP automation, which are important components of this role
• Proven leadership in shared services (AR/AP) and financial operations
• Strong knowledge of banking, insurance, and risk management
• Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics Envision, Oracle)
• Industry experience in agriculture, food, manufacturing, or automotive is a plus
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
