Job description

We are looking for door-to-door Marketing. For this role, we are seeking a lead generation specialist looking to gain experience in a home improvement & construction industry. The successful candidate will be a results-oriented person who is a strong asset to our driven & fast-paced sales team.
Skills required:

• Ability to transport yourself to and from work.
• 20-25 hours per week of availability.
• Must have a smartphone to be able to use company applications.
• No sales experience required but considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Knock on doors and engage in conversations with homeowners about home improvements and upgradations
• Take down information of homeowners who are potentially interested in a free a consultation.
• Follow the routes set by your team leader.
• Report back at the end of the session with questions, results etc.

Compensation

• Commission Pay
• Full training and script on how to engage in these conversations with homeowners
• 1 session per week with a senior representative who can help you improve on your script and techniques.

Job Types:, Part-time, Casual, ContractPay: $500-$1000 per week
This is a Contract Position with Commission Pay
Expected hours: 20-25 per week (Monday to Friday)Benefits:
